When the original steel hall was reconstructed, all steel structures were blasted and repainted. The supporting structures of the saddle skylights are therefore in the original design incl. riveted joints. Our company has carried out a real focus and processed a static assessment, on the basis of which new all-aluminum skylights and anchor points system were designed to offset the original steel structure.
The surface treatment of skylight structures is RAL 7016, filling insulating double glass with higher heat reflectance (6 mm Planibel Green - 16 mm Argon 90 per cent - Stratobel Low-e 44.1 Top 1.0. It is a green-tinted glass with parameters Ug = 1.0 W/m²×K, light transmittance factor according to EN 410 - v = 56, solar energy transmittance factor - g = 33) and polycarbonate with a thickness of 32 mm in opal discoloration. All fitted with EPDM seal.
