Planning engineer – building engineering

  • Registration of requests

  • Requesting subcontractors and pre-selection of the most favorable offers

  • Preparation of budgets, technical specifications and price offers

  • Project control, solution optimization proposal

  • Review of bids and technical solution of subcontractors

  • Preparation of time schedule, technological procedures, etc.

  • Ongoing communication with customers/suppliers

  • Ensuring material and mechanization

  • Preparation of handover documentation

  • Monitoring competition and trends

What do we expect?

  • High school or university education in a technical direction

 

  • Experience in preparation or implementation in the field of MPE for at least 1 year

  • Good working knowledge of PC  (MS Office) ​

  • Reliability, independence, responsibility, diligence
     

  • Driving license B

​

  • Knowledge of Autocad - ability to read drawings
